Compliant with Article 406.8(B)(1) of the 2005 National Electrical Code, the clear, polycarbonate cover fits over any switch or wall outlet, while its pre-adhered neoprene gasket protects the connection from weather. The black, UV-stabilized base fits over existing wall outlets and comes with 3 patented inserts to further seal the outlet: (1) for a toggle switch, (1) for a standard wall outlet, and (1) for a decorator switch or outlet.
